Richard David Shlansky-Goldberg, MD, is a Professor of Radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a Staff Angiographer in the Department of Radiology. Here, we presented a case where a young patient who suffered from post-operative biloma after choledochal cyst resection. He underwent step-wise drainage and internalization procedures, which involved complex percutaneous biliary neo-anastomosis creation, which ultimately resulted in tube removal.
