Clint Stalnecker is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research focuses on signal transduction networks and therapeutics, utilizing multi-omic approaches such as metabolomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, genetic screens, and drug screens to understand cellular signaling events. He investigates how signaling networks reprogram in response to targeted therapies to develop clinically actionable combination therapy strategies. Dr. Stalnecker has received several awards and honors, including the Forbeck Scholar award in 2025, the Donald F. Reinhold Memorial Lecturer honor in 2025, and the Ruth L. Kirschstein Fellowship Award from NIH in 2019.
