About
Alireza Abbaspourrad is a professor affiliated with the Department of Food Science at Cornell University. His research focuses on a variety of innovative projects including bioinspired membranes, the conversion of waste to value, high internal phase emulsions (HIPE) for nutrient delivery, encapsulation techniques, ingredient modification, surface chemistry, biosensors, and organ-on-a-chip technologies such as gut on a chip and IVF and ICSI on a chip.
